Where: The Junior League of Houston mansion
PC Moment: Three nights and three musical shows staring Junior League talent tripled the fun at the 69th annual Charity Ball. Over the course of the three evenings — one cocktail party preview and two subsequent full on performances — the event raised $740,000 for the Junior League’s community programs and volunteer initiatives. Each night, guests were also entertained by a barbershop quartet and had the opportunity to join in live and silent auctions. Leading the fundraising effort were ball chair Jennifer Scheifley, underwriting chair Beth Zdeblick, community partner chair Abby Swalick Katiblou, and auction chair Bethany Buchanan.
