A Vaunted Fashion House Reveals Plans to Open a New Store in Highland Park Village
Italian Wonders Beckon

Fendi‘s Spring 2017 collection was an eclectic one: Models reminiscent of life-sized dolls evoked Marie Antoinette’s opulence (silk, organza, brocades) mixed with athleisure-inspired touches (sporty stripes, chunky socks), and vibrant statement handbags.
The Italian fashion house, which has a boutique in Houston’s Galleria, will open its first Dallas store in Highland Park Village next spring, just in time for us to shop the cool ready-to-wear collection from creative directors Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Venturini Fendi. (Prior to the aforementioned collection, the duo showed a spectacular couture presentation on a plexiglass runway sprawled across Rome’s Trevi Fountain.)
The Dallas store is taking over the former Cole Haan space, between Dior and Tory Burch.
