Forty Five Ten is heading west. The luxury retailer‘s president and co-founder Brian Bolke revealed today that he will open an intimate shop in California’s Napa Valley on Friday, July 28.
Nestled in the same tony neighborhood as chef Thomas Keller’s notable restaurants The French Laundry and Bouchon, the 865-square-foot Forty Five Ten Napa will carry men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and accessories from Celine, Gabriela Hearst, Derek Lam, Loewe, and Mark Cross, plus pieces from emerging designers including Kalita, Jacquemus, Khaite, and Tome.
Beauty and home products also stock the shelves. There will be a selection of Forty Five Ten’s Rare Beauty offerings (i.e. Goop, Heretic Parfums, and Vintner’s Daughter), plus a space for gifts and home wares produced by Rob Dailey, creative director of Forty Five Ten Home.
This is the fifth boutique for Bolke, a California native, who also operates Forty Five Ten in downtown Dallas, For Home on Dallas’ McKinney Avenue, TTH Forty Five Ten in Dallas’ Highland Park Village, and Forty Five Ten in Houston’s River Oaks District.
“We felt there was a great opportunity in the Napa Valley with the assortment we have,” Bolke says. “This has always been one of my favorite parts of the country, and it feels like the right time.”
Prior to the store’s official opening, Forty Five Ten patrons Ken Fulk (designer and event planner), Cindy Rachofsky, and interior designer Jay Jeffers will co-host a VIP soirée, which is expected to draw Heretic founder Douglas Little, Vintner’s Daughter founder April Gargiulo, designer Adam Lippes, and actress Jodi Lyn O’Keefe.
Always with a philanthropic angle in mind, a percentage of sales from the event will benefit Bay Area Legal Aid, which offers free legal services to low-income Bay Area residents.
Forty Five Ten Napa will be open every day from 11 am to 6 pm.
Forty Five Ten Napa, 6540 Washington St., Yountville, 707.346.4510.
