What: Texas Children’s Hospital‘s “Cooking Up a Cure”

PC Moment: At check-in, the more than 300 guests were each given a sticker for a food allergy which they had to avoid as they perused the food stations manned by chefs including Mark Cox, State of Grace’s Bobby Matos, Bernadine’s Graham Laborde, and Kiran’s Kiran Verma.

Lactose, peanut, eggs, etc. allergies for all! The clever event raised $175,000, earmarked for the hospital’s Food Allergy Program. The chairs and co-chairs of the event all have children with food allergies.
