New Bar Gives Highland Park Village a Healthy Boost
SMU Entrepreneurs Build a Mini Empire
By Addison Anthony //
The Juice Bar will soon swing open a fresh set of doors in Highland Park Village, the brand’s fourth location following Inwood Village, Inwood and Forest Lane, and NorthPark Center.
Like its other incarnations, the HP Village spot will feature the healthy pressed juices, smoothies, fruice (that’s frozen juice), cleanses, shots, and bowls that The Juice Bar devotees love.

Although this locale is the smallest yet, it remains true to the clean aesthetic of its other locations. In addition to a cozy indoor space, the venue will offer comfy outdoor patio seating, perfect for taking in the ambiance of the Village. SMU grads and The Juice Bar founders Tom Hennings and Heidi Lane are no doubt excited to be back in their Highland Park stomping grounds.
Our recommendations if you’re new to the extensive menu: a B-12 shot to get energized for the work week ahead, a Greenskeeper cleanse to really re-start your system, or perhaps a Just Peachy bowl (acai, juiced apple, and peaches topped with bananas, strawberries, and homemade granola) — because the name is so darn cute.
Doors open the second week in March.
