Bowling, live music, bocce ball, games and ambitious food are all coming to Frisco in one new entertainment venue later this month. On October 21, Trophy Park USA will open at The Star District. It will be right by the Dallas Cowboys’ training facility.

The 13,000 square foot family-friendly venue includes two spacious patios with bowling and other interactive games. There will also be tons of televisions throughout the building for sports watching, as well as a large outdoor patio screen. Private gaming booths are also available with interactive gaming consoles for groups.

Heading the kitchen is executive chef Johnathon Pauley, who previously opened Water Grill Dallas and J2 Steakhouse. Pauley has cooked up a menu of apps, steaks and seafood for the new digs.

For Warm Ups, the menu includes Kung Pao Cauliflower, Confit Potstickers and Venison Meatballs. There will also be handhelds such as Brisket Suadero Tacos and Short Rib Grilled Cheese. And for entrees, Chef Pauley has items such as King Crab Legs, Arctic Char, Smoked Tenderloin, Tomahawk Ribeye and Seafood Tower.

An interesting addition to the menu is the Trophy Platter, which comes with prime tomahawk ribeye, hot dog, cheeseburger, bone marrow, prosciutto, duck egg, 12-ounce NY strip and chef’s selection. This isn’t your ordinary bowling joint cuisine.

Chilled items like Salmon Tartare and Ceviche and flatbread variations including Char Siu, Tex Mex and Short Rib, as well as salads and sides will also be added to the menu.
