What: Stephens College Alumnae Club of Dallas Annual Texas Fundraising Luncheon

Where: Dallas Country Club

PC Moment: As they breezed through the doors of the country club, Dallas-based alums of Columbia, Missouri women’s university Stephens College were immediately surrounded not only by beautiful Garden Gate Florist blooms but also tons of old friends.

Warm reconnections ensued amongst generations of graduates, who then participated in a silent auction and listened to insights from the luncheon’s keynote speakers, Dallas party planner Tom Addis (whose mother attended Stephens) and fashion event producer — and Stephens alumna — Jan Strimple.

Flanked by a slideshow of personal photos, Strimple and Addis sat side-by-side on stage to discuss their respective career highlights and share how the college has impacted them.

Luncheon chair Jeanette Korab and Alumnae Club of Dallas president Susan Schmidt ended the afternoon presenting both Strimple and Addis with the Stephens College Alumnae Club’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
