Opened in Oak Cliff in 2023, Cenzo’s Pizza & Deli is located in a historic gas station off Jefferson Boulevard. It was founded by residents in the neighborhood, Vinnie Sherman and partner Chad Dolezal as a family-friendly spot for pizza, sandwiches, beer, wine, and more. The space has an outdoor patio and green space for kids to run around. Favorite pizza include the red sauce Edgefield with pepperoni, sausage, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, and olives, and the white sauce Winnetka — spicy Calabrese salami, hot honey, gorgonzola, and arugula.
