Located in a charming white house near Lower Greenville, this coffee shop opened in 2019. Owned by Francois Reihani, the shop opened with a bigger mission than to just serve great coffee. La La Land Kind Cafe employs foster kids who are aging out of the system with jobs as cashiers, baristas, and chefs. The concept has been quite successful and has since expanded to a second location in Oak Lawn (taking over a former Starbucks).
