Dallas restauranteur Nick Badovinus recently reopened Desert Racer as a new pop-up patio concept. The Lower Greenville Baja California spot is now going by the name of Vantina and is serving customers outdoors only. Thankfully, the restaurant has 8,000 square feet of beautiful patio space. The pop-up is still serving bites from the original restaurant like the Quality Cheeseburger, tacos, shrimp cocktail, and more, but the indoor space is completely closed off. All servers wear masks and there is a QR code to access the menu with your phone as an extra no-touch precaution.
