Opened by Evan Meagher in 2023, this new spot is meant to resemble the neighborhood butcher shops he grew up around in Lafayette, Louisiana with a modern twist. Designed by Wallace Johnson Studio, the space features butcher-block counters, sleek display cases, and light wood flooring. Offerings include beef, chicken, pork, deli meats, sausage, and so much more.
