
Just opened in Uptown Dallas, this Austin-based burger joint comes from Fort Worth-based pro skater Neen Williams and Michelin-starred Chef Phillip Frankland (Sushi by Scratch). The duo opened their first North Texas outpost in Cowtown in early 2025. Taking over the former Playground Bar space, the new restaurant offers a simple menu of a cheeseburger and fries. The burger is a double patty made with 100 percent wagyu beef, onions, American cheese, secret sauce, and jalapeños & pickles. After a recent taste test, we can confirm that it’s going to be a new hot spot for burgers in Dallas.
