Cupcake Delivery is Now a Reality in Dallas
Uber’s Most Brilliant Move Yet?
By Karlie Morris //
Sprinkles red velvet cupcakes are about as coveted as the newest Hermès handbag. When the famous bakery unveiled its Cupcake ATM a couple of years ago, it became even easier to scoop one up at a moment’s notice. But for this week only, if the craving hits, there’s a way to get one even faster — and it’s all for a good cause.
From Monday, June 20 to Friday, June 24, Sprinkles is partnering with UberEATS for EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES, a month-long culinary campaign uniting chefs, restaurants, food trucks and bars in the fight to end AIDS.
If you’re in the greater Dallas area, simply order four or six — or even a dozen, if you’re so inclined — red velvet cupcakes to be delivered straight to your doorstep, and UberEATS will donate $3 to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS.
