We’re skipping sugary smoothies and high-cal coffee drinks in favor of healthy goodies from Brewed + Pressed.
The new coffee shop in Dallas’ West Village offers a 100-percent organic menu of drinks from Portland–based Stumptown Coffee Roasters, raw and cold-pressed juices, shakes, tonics, and milks.

Equinox fitness trainer Zach Adell opened the shop after realizing his clients weren’t getting everything they needed through exercise alone. He recruited plant-based chef Rosmery Menendez to round out the menu with nourishing foodstuffs, including granola, chia-seed pudding, hemp-seed pesto kelp, and coconut yogurt.
Our favorite java of the moment? Iced mocha with pumpkin-seed milk — creamy and guilt-free.
