Charles Dilbeck
The architect designed hundreds of houses in the Park Cities and Dallas in the ’30s and ’40s, all recognizable for quirky elements borrowed from French Norman and Texas Ranch styles, including asymmetrical facades, chimney details, dovecotes, turrets, and materials such as salvaged brick and wood.
