How long will the approval process take before my event is published?

Our PaperCity team will review and possibly tweak each submission to ensure that all information is provided and will be promoted successfully.  It will be either approved or denied within 2 business days. PaperCity reserves the right to deny any event that is not a fit.

If event is denied, how do I receive a refund?

PaperCity will issue a refund back on the credit card with which you paid. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

If I want to promote my event in both Houston AND Dallas do I have to pay double?

Yes, you will have to pay separately to promote your event in each market.

What if I have a repeating event?

Each paid listing includes five additional dates that the event will be listed on the calendar. Any events with more than five occurrences will need to resubmit additional listings in increments of 5 occurrences.

What if I have multiple events throughout the year in a high volume? Do you offer different rates?

Yes, please contact eventsupport@papercitymag.com for a custom quote on high volume rates and reoccurring listing promotions.
