The second annual More Than Pink™ Luncheon will celebrate the vision of Komen’s founders with the hope and increasing promise of a cure. In 1990, a small group of passionate volunteers sought ways to support their mothers, sisters, daughters and friends through the challenge of a breast cancer diagnosis with the establishment of Susan G. Komen® Houston. For more than thirty years, Komen Houston has engaged and connected a community like no other organization.
Co-Chairing the event this year will be Doug Perley, Kathleen Perley and Meghan Leggett and we will be honoring Dorothy Paterson for her support of breast cancer awareness and treatment, as well as her legacy and longtime commitment and service to Susan G. Komen.
We hope that you will join us for this event that celebrates the tremendous impact Komen Houston has had on the lives of countless women and families battling breast cancer.
