The Houston Heights Association (HHA) is delighted to announce the much-anticipated 2025 Spring Home & Garden Tour, a cherished annual event showcasing the charm, history, and architectural beauty of Houston Heights. Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as this year’s tour promises to be an unforgettable journey through six of the neighborhood’s most distinguished homes and gardens.
Attendees will have the unique opportunity to step inside six beautifully adorned homes, each reflecting the architectural and design diversity that makes Houston Heights so unique.
This year’s featured homes include:
501 Oxford Street – Home of Gardner and Valerie Boulmay
703 E. 9th Street – Home of Kate and Adrian Wong
1242 Cortlandt Street – Home of William and Hallie Henley Sims
301 E. 5th Street – Home of Jim and Donna Bennett
1035 Harvard Street – Home of Charlotte and Gabriel Morgan
2052 Cortlandt Street – Home of Damian and Stasi Ogier
In addition to marveling at the homes’ elegant interiors and stunning gardens, guests will enjoy breathtaking floral arrangements by Freedom Floral, adding an extra layer of beauty to the tour.

Shuttle Service: Available for convenience, with pick-ups at the historic Houston Heights Fire Station, 107 W. 12th Street
Parking: Available at the historic Houston Heights Fire Station and Milroy Park across Yale Street; street parking at the homes is also available for those not using the shuttle
