Community Partners of Dallas (CPD) will celebrate 20 years of its annual fundraiser, Change is Good, on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the NorthPark Pumpkin Patch in NorthPark Center’s Center Park. Claire and Brooks Bussard with children Holden and Hayes and Kelly and Kyle Cotner with children Henry and Kathryn will serve as this year’s chair families, with Dr. Suzanne Fleigel as honorary grandparent.
Change is Good will also serve as the kick-off event for the NorthPark Pumpkin Patch, which will feature whimsical garden installations October 1 – November 1, 2026, in Center Park.
With fun for all ages, kids will enjoy face painting, balloon art, music, activities and games. Guests will also have exclusive access to the Pumpkin Patch on Sunday, along with delicious food from NorthPark eateries and libations for the grown-ups. Prizes will be awarded for the Most Change Raised, Most Quarters Collected, an exclusive Sponsor Prize, and plenty of exciting chance prizes — all to inspire kids to collect coins, bills and online change to help change the lives of CPD kids.
