Experience A Taste of Summer as Michelin-starred culinary director Alain Verzeroli returns to Houston for a dinner collaboration with Le Jardinier’s executive chef Felipe Botero on Wednesday, July 2. These culinary masterminds have crafted a 5-course dining experience inspired by the bold flavors and vivid colors of summer – an evening where garden bounty meets refined artistry.
Priced at $195 per guest, dishes include Texas corn chilled velouté, Monte Carlo summer salad with lobster and mozzarella, summer squash, slow-cooked seabass and beef wellington with buttered mashed potatoes. As the finale: enjoy fresh poached verbena custard with vanilla ice cream – created for the occasion by executive pastry chef Salvatore Martone and pastry chef Tiffani Gkaris.
Guests can elevate the evening with a 5-course wine pairing (+$125), curated by Le Jardinier’s sommeliers. Reservations are available via OpenTable and Resy.
