Art League Houston celebrates its 77th Anniversary Gala: WOW! on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the stunning Thompson Hotel in Houston. This not-to-be-missed evening will honor two visionaries shaping the arts in Texas: Dario Robleto, 2025 Texas Artist of the Year, and Leah Bennett, 2025 Texas Patron of the Year.

Co-chaired by Erin Dorn and Mitra Murthy, the gala will feature a lively cocktail reception, silent art auction, gourmet seated dinner, heartfelt awards presentation, and late-night dancing—all set to a Retro-Futuristic theme inspired by the mysterious Wow! signal of 1977. Guests are invited to embrace the theme with imaginative attire as we celebrate curiosity, creativity, and community.

Proceeds from the evening support Art League Houston’s mission-driven programs, including artist-centered exhibitions, the Healing Art and ArtBound! community initiatives, and accessible arts education serving thousands each year.
