On February 3, get ready for an evening of collaboration, culinary excellence, and community – it’s Chefs’ Night at Terra.

Eataly’s own Chef Jake Epstein and Chef Michael Lawson will be joined by Chef Tiffany Derry of Roots Southern Table, Chef Brandon Pappalardo of Suburban Yacht Club, Chef Junior Borges of Meridian – five chefs collaborating on a menu inspired by each restaurant’s own specialties and Terra’s wood-burning grill.

Each course will be paired with a glass of regional Italian wine, finished off with an artisanal dessert prepared by Eataly’s pastry chefs. A portion of proceeds from Chefs’ Night at Terra will benefit North Texas Food Bank.
