Get ready for the ultimate community golf challenge. Join PXG Houston to watch the U.S. Team take on Europe in Rome and test your skills against fellow U.S. Team fans in a “closest-to-the-pin” competition. Utilizing state-of-the-art Trackman™ technology, PXG will choose a special hole from the prestigious Marco Simone Golf & Country Club course in Rome, Italy, which is hosting this year’s competition. Participants will feel the thrill of playing on the same course as team captain and PXG golfer Zach Johnson.
• Closest-to-the-Pin Challenge: Step up to the tee and take a shot at glory. Using the precision of Trackman™ technology, participants will have up to five attempts to land the ball closest to the hole.
• Prizes: Win a dozen PXG golf balls and a Houston skyline engraved PXG wedge and, of course, bragging rights as the closest-to-the-pin champion of the community golf challenge!
• U.S. Team Pride: Showing your spirit for the U.S. Team is welcome and encouraged. PXG has partnered with the American Marshals, the official fan club of the United States at the famous battle between the USA and Europe. Formed in 2008, the American Marshals were born out of patriotism and show support and excitement towards USA players, caddies, coaches and fans.
