The SPCA of Texas’ annual Fur Ball returns October 8 for a glamorous evening celebrating the extraordinary bond between people and animals while raising critical funds for lifesaving work across North Texas.
Chaired by Gina and Ken Betts, with Mary McDermott Cook and her beloved dog, Pepper, serving as Honorary Chairs, the evening will feature dinner, dancing, live and silent auctions, and moving stories of transformation. Cathy and Jim Hopper will be honored with the Mary Spencer Award, while Ciara Cooley Biggers will receive the Brighter Future Award.
Among the evening’s stars will be Boone, a dog rescued from severe neglect who made a remarkable recovery and is now thriving with his new family.
Proceeds from Fur Ball support the SPCA of Texas’ work to create brighter futures for animals, people, and the community.
