The Women of Distinction Luncheon is Girl Scouts’ premier leadership and recognition event, celebrating extraordinary women and girls whose achievements, service, and leadership have made a lasting impact on our community. Bringing together business leaders, philanthropists, and community advocates, the luncheon honors individuals who exemplify courage, confidence, and character while inspiring the next generation of female leaders.
This year’s event will recognize one Woman of Distinction, one Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, one Lifetime Champion Award recipient, and three exceptional Gold Award Girl Scouts, whose projects have created meaningful and sustainable change in their communities.
A hallmark of the luncheon is Real Talk. Real Women., a candid conversation with the honorees that offers attendees unique insights into their leadership journeys, personal challenges, and defining moments. This audience-favorite format sets the event apart from traditional nonprofit luncheons by creating authentic, inspiring dialogue rather than formal speeches.
Chaired by Stacie Cornwell of Armanino and Alex Sullivan of Marsh McLennan Agency, the Women of Distinction Luncheon is both a celebration of achievement and an investment in the future. Proceeds support Girl Scouts’ mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
