First-generation American Hasan Minaj is known for his 2018 one-hour Netflix special Hasan Minaj: Homecoming King, and for his performance at the 2017 White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The comedian also worked alongside Jon Stewart on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart from 2014 to 2018, and debuted his weekly comedy show Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj in 2018, which explores the modern cultural and political landscape through comedy.

The “hearhere Series” will welcome five inspirational and transformative leaders to Winspear Opera House over the course of the next several months. Guests include Spike Lee, Captain Scott Kelly, Hasan Minhaj, Samin Nosrat, and Neil Degrasse Tyson.
