The master behind The Jelly Queens’ line of award-winning small-batch organic jams and jellies will be on-hand to teach the entire step-by-step process for creating the most scrumptious biscuits and jams – from kneading to boiling fruit to baking. Collins will bring all the ingredients you need to make biscuits and jam from scratch.

Tickets include the four biscuits you make and a personalized jar of handmade jam, plus two new recipes that are easy to replicate in your own kitchen.
