Join Lions Den at The Stoneleigh on Wednesday, October 7, for an extraordinary one-night-only wine dinner celebrating Italian cuisine and winemaking. Michelin-starred Chef Michael White will welcome GAJA, one of Italy’s most iconic and influential wineries, and, for the first time ever, cook alongside the Executive Chefs from each of his signature restaurants, bringing the entire culinary team together in one kitchen.
The exclusive multi-course dinner will bring together Chef Jason Lin of Santi (New York City), Chef Sebastian Rosado of Levant (San Juan), Chef Francesco Noia of Paranza (The Bahamas), Chef Paul Keyser of MIKA (Coral Gables) and Chef Michael Dunston of Lions Den (Dallas), with each chef contributing to a menu curated by White. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a distinguished GAJA wine, taking guests on a culinary journey through White’s restaurants and the renowned Italian winery.
Seating for the intimate dinner is extremely limited, and advance reservations are required.
