Get a taste of The Macallan “Mac & Cheese” at the March edition of Hotel Alessandra’s monthly mixology series at Lucienne. The restaurant’s bar will host an intimate cocktail class that will pair the classic, premium Scottish whisky with a selection of specialty cheeses selected by Executive Chef Jose Hernandez. The whisky sampling will include 12 year, Sherry Oak, Double Cask, and Triple Cask.
