Le Jardinier, the Michelin-starred French fine-dining restaurant by The Bastion Collection, invites guests to experience timeless elegance at the Champagne Gosset Pairing Dinner on Thursday, May 22 ($350 per person). This exclusive pairing dinner will celebrate the spirit of champagne alongside delicious seasonal spring specialties.
Executive chef Felipe Botero’s special prix fixe tasting menu is paired with a lineup of Gosset’s wines, including the exceptional vintage Celebris Brut 2012, Gosset’s tête de cuvée, produced in extremely limited quantities. Discover wines balanced between freshness and vinosity – central to all Gosset cuvées – as special guest Philippe Antony leads the pairing dinner in Le Jardinier MFAH’s main dining room.
