Celebrate the closing of “To the Horizon,” a solo exhibition by Houston-based artist Rebecca Pugh, with a reception and artist talk. Artist talk produced and hosted by Melissa Richardson Banks as part of the MUSED Houston Live! series. The moderated conversation will be recorded before a live audience and released as a future episode of the MUSED Houston podcast.
Inspired by the landscapes she encounters during her long commute between Houston and College Station, Pugh transforms memories of highways, fences, grasses, wildflowers, and the Texas horizon into vibrant abstract paintings.
