A Civil War-era cannon will signal the start to this 1.8-mile long parade, featuring a variety of beautifully handmade floats, antique cars and tractors, fire engines, trail riders, and longhorn cattle. And don’t forget to head to the historic Round Top Rifle Hall, where the Association members will be offering mouthwatering brisket, pork, sausage, and more.
