The Fourth of July parade will begin Tuesday morning with the shooting of Round Top’s cannon at 10:30 am and will be followed by a mouthwatering Chicken & Sausage Barbeque ($15) at the Rifle Association Hall at 11:30 am. Enjoy your classic Texas eats at the hall or on the go! To-go orders of BBQ brisket ($18), pork ($18), sausage ($10 per link) and chicken ($10 full pound or $5 for half) will be available by the pound by reservation only. In addition to the can’t-miss Texas barbeque, attendees can enjoy live music, which will be provided all day by the Round Top Brass Band, the Round Top Jam Session, and Cool Freddie E & The Crew.
