SESSION Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio built for a full mind–and–body reset. Known for its signature 50-minute, beat-based method, SESSION blends music-driven energy with seamless, high-intensity flow that has earned both local and national recognition – “Best Fitness Studio” by ClassPass. For this community event, they’ll be teaching a mat Pilates version to give you a taste of what the obSESSION is all about. Don’t forget: Bring your own yoga mat!
