Underbelly Hospitality’s swanky downtown Houston restaurant and bar will host an exclusive six-course dinner experience on the beloved Irish holiday. Sport your favorite green clothing to enjoy the food paired with both beer and Irish spirits that executive chef Tim Reading has curated to celebrate the occasion, including:
FIRST COURSE: Harp Lager cured salmon with cream cheese, citrus and dill served with Harp Lager
SECOND COURSE: Trillium brie with accoutrements served with Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
THIRD COURSE: Duck confit with Bushmills blackberry sauce and spring onion pesto served with Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
FOURTH COURSE: Bangers and mash with lamb sausage, charred onion mash and lamb jus served with Smithwick’s Red Ale
FIFTH COURSE: Guinness beef stew with root vegetables, lemon zest and parsley served with Guinness Stout
SIXTH COURSE: Caramelized white hot chocolate with marinated strawberry and herb powder served with 5 Farms Irish Cream
