True Food Kitchen will host a three week Job Fair beginning Monday, April 17 to hire talented individuals for its new restaurant at Legacy West, set to open on May 23. The restaurant plans to hire nearly 130 servers, host/hostesses, bartenders, dishwashers, line cooks, butchers, pizza cooks, wok cooks, and pastry chefs to join the health-driven, seasonal restaurant concept’s growing brand.

True Food Kitchen representatives will be onsite to interview candidates and share information about the brand’s culture, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
