Thursdays at Xochi are getting special starting this week! Every Thursday, Xochi will offer a Tlayuda & Mezcal combo special for $25. Tlayudas are a traditional Oaxacan dish, consisting of a large, thin, crunchy tortilla that is topped with a spread of refried beans, cheese, meat and vegetables. At Xochi, they are cooked to perfection in the wood oven.
The protein on the tlayuda and a new mezcal cocktail will change weekly, so come back often! For the first Tlayuda & Mezcal night tonight, the tlayuda topped with roasted chicken, housemade queso Oaxaca, beans and vegetables. Paired with it is an Eres un Durazno cocktail ~ Los Vecinos mezcal, peach brandy, Aperol, fresh lime and passion fruit. Enjoy at our place or yours!
