Due to concerns from coronavirus, Zoo Ball has been postponed. A new date will be announced at a later time.
In the wild, nocturnal species rise when night falls. So stay up late to celebrate nature’s nocturnal wonders – and help support the Houston Zoo – at Zoo Ball 2020 Moonlight Soirée Presented by Phillips 66. Chaired by Sara and Randy Ortwein, the wild evening will begin with cocktails, magic, and mingling with ambassador animals, and will include an auction featuring exciting items and experiences collected by auction chair, Peggy Kostial. The Ball will take time to honor Jane Block for her leadership in helping the Zoo improve and flourish over the years.
Following dinner by City Kitchen, head to the dance floor and stay late into the night for the After Party, chaired by Courtney and Zac Harmon. Funds raised at this black-tie affair will help sustain the Zoo’s most critical programs, including animal care, education, and wildlife conservation.
