River Oaks District Adds Another Exclusive New Store — and H&M Fanatics Will Love It

BY // 08.26.15

River Oaks District — the dining, shopping and entertainment concept from developer OliverMcMillan — has added another store to its growing list of tenants. International fashion label COS (Collection of Style) will open its first Texas store in the development. The H&M sister store debuted its lifestyle collection in 2007 in London, showcasing high-quality modern design at an affordable price. Expect classic pieces for men and women with a contemporary twist.

“With COS expanding to the U.S. only last year, we are excited to introduce the quickly growing brand to River Oaks District shoppers,” says Jeff Zeigler, OliverMcMillan’s senior managing director of retail services. COS has stores in Los Angeles and New York City; the Houston location will be the brand’s third outpost in the United States.

River Oaks District officially opens Thursday, October 1, although Cartier will open Thursday, September 3, as PaperCity first reported on July 10. Previously announced River Oaks District tenants include: Akris, American Food and Beverage, Anne Fontaine, Bonobos, Brunello Cucinelli, Canali, Cartier, Chopard, Patek Philippe at deBoulle, Davidoff of Geneva Since 1911, Dior, Diptyque, Dolce & Gabbana, Equinox, Etro, Giuseppe Zanotti, Hermès, Intermix, iPic Theaters, John Lobb, Kiton, Le Colonial, L’Occitane, Moncler, Planet Blue, Roberto Cavalli, St. Nicola, Steak 44, Stella McCartney, Taverna, Thirteen Pies, Tom Ford, Toulouse Café and Bar, Van Cleef & Arpels, Vilebrequin and Vince.
