Design in Bloom With Charlotte Moss, India Hicks, Gil Schafer, Remco Van Vliet

The Houston Design Center and Flower magazine have teamed to host Design in Bloom, a full day of design, lectures, book signings, and flower demonstrations Tuesday, April 10, with a lineup of mega-designers: Charlotte Moss, India Hicks, Gil Schafer, and floral designer Remco Van Vliet.
The panel convenes, moderated by Flower magazine editor Margot Shaw, at 9:30 am at Bunch & Shoemaker Showroom. Then it’s lunch and chatting with the designers at the Bloom Room at Leisure Collections Showroom. At 11 am, India Hicks signs her book A Slice of England at Design House Showroom; at 1 pm, Gil Schafer signs A Place to Call Home: Tradition, Style and Memory in the New American House at Off White Showroom; at 2:15 pm, Charlotte Moss signs Charlotte Moss Entertains at Charlotte Nail Antiques Showroom; at 3:30 pm, floral designer Remco Van Vliet demonstrates his petal prowess at Kitchen & Bath Concepts; and at 4:30 pm, the day ends with a Design in Bloom wrap-up at Dream Theaters Showroom.
Books will be available for sale at all events, to be signed. Registration and tickets are required for each design presentation; some require VIP tickets. For information and ticket levels, go to designinbloom2018.com.
