The 20 Designers Chosen For the 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas
A Third and Final Year at Turtle Creek

Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas returns for its third year with opening day VIP Preview on Friday, November 13, 2026; public opening day Saturday, November 14 (through December 6). Show House chairmen are Shelby Wagner, Jean Liu, Chad Dorsey, and vice chair Trish Sheats. For the third year, Vipin Nambiar and HN Capital Partners have stepped up to provide the location: the 25,000-square-foot French Renaissance-style estate located at 2999 Turtle Creek. A new layout for the Show House will utilize more of the property and new spaces.
“Part of the magic of the show house is handing designers the keys and seeing where their imaginations take them,” says Daniel Quintero, executive director of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “This year, they have more of the property to play with, new spaces to discover, and the freedom to make each one entirely their own. And with this being our final year at Turtle Creek, we couldn’t ask for a more exciting group to bring the house to life.”
Designers selected for this year’s Dallas show house include: Betsy Wentz Interior Design, Bobbitt & Company, Britany Simon Design House, Britt Design Group, City Hill Design, Coco & Dash, Dana Wiseman Design, Fonde Interiors, Helen Bergin Interiors + Lichten Architects, J. Bienvenu Interiors, Jede Interiors, Kymberlyn Lacy Interiors, Layered Dimensions Interior Design, Lumi Interiors, Nuance Interiors, Peters Cates Design, Platinum Gym Design, Rivington Marx Interiors, Rottet Studio, and Stephenson House.
One of the most exciting aspects of the show house is the Kips Bay President’s Dinner Dallas, Thursday, November 12, drawing top designers and design-industry nobility; the night includes a cocktail preview of the show house followed by dinner at Brook Hollow Golf Club.
Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has produced a dazzling Decorator Show House in New York City for more than 50 years, and in more recent years, show houses in Palm Beach and Dallas. Since its inception five decades ago, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised more than $35 million to support Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, as well as local nonprofits Dwell with Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball.
