Want to live like a pop star? Here’s your chance: Selena Gomez just put her Fort Worth mansion back on the market for $2.9 million. It’s a pretty good deal considering that Gomez reportedly paid $3.5 million for the home in November 2015.
However, this marks the third time that Gomez has attempted to sell the home. She first listed the home for $3.5 million in August 2016, and after several unsuccessful months on the market, withdrew the listing. It hit the market again in January 2017 for the same price – but shortly after, Gomez dropped the price to $3 million.
Now, the mansion is for sale yet again and it’s lower priced than ever.
The gated, 1.56 acre estate is located in the secluded and luxurious Montserrat neighborhood, 20 minutes west of Fort Worth. The house served as a serene escape for the superstar with its rolling green lawns, resort-worthy amenities and spacious rooms. With 10,016-square-feet, five bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms, there’s enough room for a whole Girl Squad – or family.
The 2005 build has stately curb appeal thanks to its stone exterior and iron gates. The property includes plenty of outdoor entertaining spaces, including a pool, a tennis court, a putting green, an outdoor kitchen, a cabana, two garages with space for six to eight cars, and manicured lawns.

Inside, the home’s open layout creates a casual and welcoming environment. Stone details, woodwork, and arched doorways are featured in nearly every room. The massive kitchen, media room, game room and craft room make it a perfect space for entertaining.
Gomez is originally from Grand Prairie, Texas, and bought the home to spend time with family. According to local real estate blog Candy’s Dirt, the singer originally decided to sell the home because of her busy travel schedule.
Anybody willing to take the mansion off Selena Gomez’s hands? When you’re ready come and get it!
