This Spiked Eggnog recipe from Blackland Distillery in Fort Worth features Blackland Distillery’s brand new Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon. This specialty bourbon is available at the distillery, in all Goody Goody locations in the DFW area in addition to independent liquor stores like Pogo’s on Lover’s Lane.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Blackland Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon
- 1/2 cup Blackland Rye
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine all and blend thoroughly with an immersion blender. Pour in 5-6 oz servings over ice. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
