Ingredients

Grilled Branzino

  • Grilled Branzino
  • Fish marinate
  • 30g Chopped parsley
  • 30g Chopped cilantro
  • 10g Crushed garlic
  • 35g Lemon juice
  • 75g Olive oil
  • 10g Salt

Fennel Salad

  • 150g Sliced fennels
  • 100g Sliced celery
  • 30g Cranberries
  • 15g Roasted almonds
  • 8g Salt
  • 20g Lemon juice
  • 20g Olive oil

Directions

Hot pan. Medium-High heat pan

  1. Drizzle oil with kosher salt on pan.
  2. Make sure skin of fish is dry.
  3. Put fish on skillet while moving it with the skin side down touching pan.
  4. Cook on the skin for about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Flip it and cook for two more minutes.
  6. Serve skin side up. Recommended to serve with flaky salt on skin.
