PC Moment: Kicking off the 2015 Dallas Art Fair in style, patrons mixed amongst the stylish crowd while others vied for the unique opportunity to sit down with featured performance artist Karen Finley, who created one of a kind watercolor masterpieces for guests based on their psychic interpretations.
