PC Moment: When The Joule Hotel hosts a cookout, you know it’s going to be a lot more glamorous than your average block party – especially with a crew of celebrity chefs in the mix. The posh hotel hosted the 9th annual Burgers & Burgundy event, benefitting DIFFA/Dallas, at the Eyeball at The Joule.
The monumental sculpture watched over the party while DJ Steffi Burns provided lively tunes and guests sipped on cocktails from Kruto Vodka and bubbly from Impeccable Rosé. Some of Dallas’ best chefs created an impressive spread of burgers for the event, including John Tesar (Knife), Stephan Pyles (Flora Street Café), Josh Sutcliff (Mirador), Janice Provost (Parigi) and many more.
The evening also featured a silent auction of restaurant, hotel, and retail experiences benefitting DIFFA/Dallas.
