What: “Let’s Do Lunch” with Dec My Room
Where: The Federal Grill
PC Moment: Aside from the pop-up shopping, courtesy of Switch2Pure, Dena Lyons Couture, Haute and Cool Chocolates and jewelry by designer Jude Frances (in from California), highlight of the day had to be raffle of an amazing diamond and sapphire Astros logo necklace. That alone brought in $7,000 on the day that raised $50,000 to fund decorating the hospital rooms of long-term children patients. A very lucky Kelly Silvers took that piece home.
Nina Magon chaired the fête that drew a fashionable bunch of more than 100, who shopped, sipped bubbly and had their eyes on must-have fashions from Tootsies that were on parade throughout the Shepherd Drive restaurant.
Who: Dec My Room founder Susan Plank, Adrian Duenas, Laura Fondren, Shelley Taylor Ludwick, Lori Raijman, Melissa Mithoff, Karen Henry, Tiffany Wong, Denise Tinkham, Sehila Reese, Brandi Maxwell, Terri Havens and primary sponsor Jenee Stefanakis.
