PC Moment: The success stories of Dress for Success clients had the crowd of more than 130 cheering as well as tearing for the women who have been aided by the nonprofit’s multitude of services. KTRK Channel 13 news anchor Ilona Carson shared the inspirational stories that keep supporters coming back.

“It’s my favorite event of the year,” said Nancy Levicki, president and co-founder of Dress for Success Houston. “Our supporters truly see the impact that their investments have on our clients, and the effect of the continuing educational programs that we offer that allow these women to continue to excel in their careers and achieve self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.”

Before the program began, guests socialized on the open air terrace where A Fare Extraordinaire provided party fare and Mother Nature provided a glowing sunset.

Committed supporters in the gathering included Eric Blumrosen, DFSH board chairman and corporate partner at Gardere; Pam Jesse, president of Dress for Success Houston’s corporate guild and executive vice president in Financial & Team Operations at Midway; Wendy Daboval, general counsel and Vice President Land at Chevron; and Linda Padon, general manager of public and government affairs at Chevron.
