BLVD Place will soon be home to the newest Elaine Turner boutique. The grand opening, hosted by KHOU news anchor Mia Gradney and C.Style’s Carly Lee, will include an appearance from Elaine Turner herself. The debut night will feature light bites, signature cocktails and the chance to shop with a portion of the proceeds earmarked for Heroes for Children.
