Halo Group Houston Holiday Formal // David Yurman Reopening // Queen of Heirs Party
By Hannah Swiggard //
A spectacular sold-out gala, the Halo Group Houston Holiday Formal was the inaugural Houston event for the Dallas-based Clayton Dabney For Kids with Cancer Foundation. Convening at La Colombe d’Or, who also catered, the lavish evening featured an elegant Christmas tree adorned with ornaments for guests to take home, light bites, a martini bar (featuring the colorfully concocted halo punch), a lively DJ set and a wildly successful silent auction benefitting the new Houston chapter of the young-professionals-driven children’s’ charity.
Mixed-metal devotees, rejoice: David Yurman in the Galleria has expanded and renovated. They celebrated the grand reopening in style with an elegant evening benefitting the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Guests sipped chardonnay and shopped shining statement pieces in the light-filled space.
The regal Robin Lindberg, owner of Queen of Heirs, reigned supreme over her Bellaire boutique’s holiday party. Heirloom enthusiasts mingled in the jewel box-like setting and shopped presents fit for an heiress.
